Parks Team Member

Team: Civic Services
Salary Range: $51,800 to $59,300 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
Employment Status: Permanent
Employment Arrangement: Full-Time 38 hours per week with access to Fortnightly RDO

To ensure we deliver our vision, we are seeking a Parks Team Member, to join our Open Space Department on a full-time basis. Female applicants are especially encouraged to apply and will receive special consideration in application.

The Position

The purpose of the position of the Parks Team Member is to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to assist in the maintenance of Council's Open Space Areas.

Criteria

  • Demonstrated successful experience in operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Have and maintain a level of physical fitness sufficient to undertake the activities of this position;
  • WH&S Induction Certificate (White Card) and AQF Level 3 Chemical Certificate; or willingness to obtain.
  • Successful experience with safety operating and maintaining various items of plant and equipment.
